well
that was by far the quickest turnaround from good to bad
so far
in less than 8 hours
we went from
clear skies to hurricane

elizabeth has now returned to the nictrous oxide
[this is round 4.]
had her trach tube replaced
had her ventilator settings altered
and is at about 85% oxygen
and guess what?
after all the tests and theories
they have no idea
and “are running out of options”

i know this is probably not the case
but,...
it is beginning to feel like the doctors are just waiting for her to die
or recover miraculously

it also appears that amelia’s progress is inversely proportional to elizabeths setbacks
everytime amelia takes a step forward
elizabeth takes one back

makes it really difficult to get excited about amelia

here comes friday…

by the way
initially we weren’t really asking for help…
we were still in shock
but now…
now we need help
bad
if anyone wants to come clean our kitchen
that would be awesome.

theres a giant list of things we need done but
havent gotten to
because we dont have the energy to do much else besides
TRY to sleep more than two hours and visit hospitals
