seriously.

they think that amelia has
NEC
let me just say, on the record
officially
how thrilled we are about this
its like xmas… only it sucks ALOT

shes been reintubated
back on the ventilator, pumped full of antibiotics
and seems to be doing fine
so far
we haven’t reached the point where she will need surgery
and hopefully we won’t
however if her little bowel were to perforate
say hello to instant emergency surgery
can I get a hell yeah for another potentiall life threatening situation?

now
miss elizabeth whos used to having all the attention
has developed a bowel obstruction
a completely unrelated bowel problem yes
but one that could mean another surgery for her
again
wait and see
